Bio:

Ray has been a missionary with the Methodist Church in Costa Rice since 1995.  He serves as a seminary professor, president of the board of the Methodist School, member of the General Board of the church; and, he is currently working with short-term mission teams from UM churches to build a Children’s Worship Center and Costa Rica’s first Methodist Children’s Home.
