Workshop description:

What are the essentials of cross-cultural partnership? To have authentic partnerships, we must have vision, relationship and results.  Not one of these can be ignored. Reduce partnership to vision, and it becomes no more than good intentions.  Reduce it to relationship, and it becomes fellowship without a purpose.  Reduce it to results, and it loses its capacity to remain faithful.  In this workshop, Daniel Rickett will introduce the fundamentals of partnering in the gospel and provide practical assessment tools and checklists.

Bio: Daniel Rickett is Executive Vice President of She Is Safe (www.sheissafe.org).  Previously he directed research for Geneva Global, served on the faculty of Eastern University and held leadership roles in Partners International.  Dr. Rickett has three decades of experience working with international ministries in organizational and ministry effectiveness.  He is the author of Making Your Partnership Work (2002) and Building Strategic Relationships (2008).
