The Incarnational Model-- Reflecting the Image and Likeness of God to Those Around Us

Workshop description:

Based on the books of Hebrews and John, we will look at examples from the prophets of old to Jesus and to our world today where God has revealed His heart and has exposed the human heart.  Terry and Karla will pull examples from over twenty years experience living incarnationally among the Quechua Panao people in Peru and will encourage us to see God’s heart and to have our hearts exposed through the Holy Spirit.

Time: Saturday 9 to 11 a.m.

Bio: Terry and Karla Smith have served for over 23 years with Wycliffe Bible Translators among the Quechua Panao people of Peru.  Their work has focused on translating the New Testament in the Quechua Panao language.  In the fall of 2010, the Quechua New Testament was dedicated.  Terry and Karla have lived incarnationally among the Quechua and have endured many trials for their work of bringing God’s word to this neglected people.
