Workshop description:

Joy will look at the need for Spirit-led intercessors today.  She will look at five places in the OT where God said he looked for just one person and couldn’t find one.  God is looking for someone to intercede.  Will you be that one?

Time: Saturday 2 to 4 p.m.

Bio: Mrs. Joy Griffin serves as an ILI International Director with a special focus on leadership development for women.  The International Leadership Institute identifies, equips and mobilizes leaders of leaders around the world who can reach their nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Joy served as a missionary in Estonia and Professor of Theology and Spiritual Formation at the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary, the first United Methodist seminary in the former Soviet Union.  Today this seminary is one of the largest Methodist seminaries by enrollment in Europe.  Joy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Georgia College and a master of divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.  She has served as a pastor's wife, youth minister, and missionary.  Today she is a noted speaker on spiritual formation and world missions.  Joy is joined in ministry by her husband, Wes, and their two children Hannah and Caleb.
