Rediscovering Church in a Multi-Ethnic World

Workshop description: If heaven is not segregated, why should our churches be?  What challenges do we face as the local church seeks embody the increasing ethnic, cultural and social diversity of our communities.  In this workshop, church-planter Jay Taylor will explore the theological considerations and practical challenges the Church must face in order to become increasingly cross-cultural in our ministry and multi-ethnic in our pews.

Time: Friday 9 to 11 a.m.

Bio: Jay and Tiffany Taylor, along with their four children, live in a suburb of Atlanta, GA that gained the reputation of being “the most diverse square mile in America” where they serve as missionaries to the international refugee community.  Jay also serves as the organizing pastor of Mosaic Fellowship, a multi-ethnic church in Atlanta, GA that seeks to be “a reforming church with a transforming message in a converging world.”
